Order Processing Time
- This refers to the time between when a customer places an order and when the seller hands it over to the courier.
- Orders are generally dispatched within one working day of order confirmation or payment. Orders placed over the weekend may be subject to delay.
- Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday during standard business hours, excluding public holidays. In such cases, we take steps to ensure any dispatch delays are kept to a minimum.
- Our UK warehouse address is: Unit 2, Maple Court, Forest Business Park, Bardon Hill, Coalville, Leicestershire LE67 1TU, United Kingdom. Orders will be dispatched from our local warehouse in the UK.

Tracking
- You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided (the tracking number will be active within 24 hours). Please note: This may take longer during events or holidays.
- Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update.
- If you cannot track your package normally, please contact us and we will resolve this issue within 48 hours.
A shipping confirmation will be emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.

Delivery Time Exceeded
If your order is delayed, please contact us via email support.uk@mooncool.com, we will check the situation with the transportation company in time. Thanks for your understanding and support.
Order Cancellations

We can cancel your order if you contact us promptly after making your purchase.
If payment has been completed but the parcel has not yet been dispatched, you may cancel your order before it is sent out, and we will issue a full refund.

2) Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country.
This varies from country to country, and Mooncool encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.
These funds are neither paid to Mooncool nor are they set by Mooncool rather they are paid to and set by your home country’s government as per import/export regulations.
Mooncool does not refund any fees or costs for any international order confiscated by customs or another government agency.
Packages are marked with the value of the item as paid by the customer in legal accordance with international postal regulations.
We absolutely love what we do and will not engage in any practices that would jeopardize our ability to continue doing what we love.
